The design concept for VA Lecanto is deeply inspired by its surrounding wooded site. By purposefully nestling the facility into the landscape, we have crafted a calm, healing environment that seamlessly integrates biophilia and promotes patient wellness. The structure features a form that is both simple and sophisticated, mirroring the intuitive process of treatment and healthcare services provided within. Drawing shape, texture, and colors directly from the live oak surroundings and local water lagoons, the result is an inspiring healing retreat that connects patients with nature while supporting their journey to recovery.
