NWMSU

19,000 S.F | Gladstone, MO

The NWMSU Kansas City Campus concept breaks away from the traditional narrow hallway by creating a generous circulation space theme - an interior Boulevard. The large circulation spaces are used for student and faculty interaction. This circulation hallway is an extension of the learning process outside the classrooms. Program includes12 classrooms, a student lounge, 6 administrative offices, a reception area and waiting area, a conference room, a faculty lounge, and a quiet space.

The interior design emphasizes the branding colors of the NWMSU throughout the finishes. Another feature of the design introduced is digital artwork on the surrounding walls that represent various events and student activities.

The lounge is placed on the corner of the fifth floor along the curved glass wall. The space is used for student gatherings and collaboration.
