Introducing DAU CONCEPT:

A message from Hosam Habib, AIA and Andrea Regnier

Hello!

We hope you are doing well and had a great summer.  We have been working hard all summer, and have an exciting announcement - we want to make sure you are the first to know! This is our first message from DAU CONCEPT. Andrea and I are very excited to start our very own design studio and to serve our community by providing a new concept of architecture and design service. 

DAU is the acronym for the three core activities of our practice:   

Design + Architecture + Urbanism. We are a multi-national, small design studio located in the heart of Kansas City, Missouri. Our studio provides well-crafted design concepts for various market sectors including healthcare, VA clinics, GSA projects, education, public buildings, commercial interiors, and mixed-use.

Our vision is driven by the idea that Design services should be accessible and affordable to everyone, and not only to large corporations. Making design affordable and accessible will have impactful results on our lives, our cities, and where we live, work, heal and learn. DAU CONCEPT’s vision is to design for all. Because everyone deserves to live in a well-designed space. This encompasses not just aesthetics but also functionality and sustainability.

Our studio is also breaking the rules of traditional practice. Instead of working from enclosed offices, we are expanding upon the outdated architecture service model, to be an interactive, online design service; using our BOOK DAU platform could save you time and money, enabling you to make critical decisions using the help of a talented team.
